Hanoi Mai Charming Hotel & Travel

We stayed at this hotel and it reminded me of a Petit Hotel in Paris. It was not too big or noisy, which made it quite relaxing. the breakfasts were even better than in Paris. the staff had friendly smiles and made us feel welcome. We will definitely come back and recommend it to our friends.

That the view from the hotel was not as impressive as we had hoped.

The staff at Charming 2 are amazing...there is no way to describe their friendliness, professionalism, enthusiasm and ability to fix all problems (except fog on Halong Bay). We have never experienced such service before. The rooms are also fine...we had the small double and wished we'd "splurged" for the larger room, still it was fine. The breakfast is excellent, so many choices, and there are complimentary drinks and fruit in the room each day. You cannot go wrong with Hotel Charming ii.

It wasn't as conveniently located as the Booked.net reviews indicated, as it was a fair walk to the Hoan Kiem Lake on very busy roads, but the staff were very friendly and the room very clean - though small.

Staff are super friendly & warm. Nice of them to take the initiative to remember all their hotel guests' names. They also try their best in helping their guests in every way possible! Thumbs up!

This hotel is a gem - it's small, quiet and relaxing, just like a petit hotel in Paris! The breakfast is absolutely amazing - so much better than what I had in Paris! The location is also great - really convenient for getting around and exploring. What I enjoyed best, though, was the friendly and welcoming staff - their smiles made me feel right at home. I'm definitely going to recommend this hotel to all my friends and colleagues, and I can't wait to come back!

To be honest, there really wasn't anything I disliked about this hotel. The only thing I guess I could mention is that the rooms are quite small, but honestly, that just added to the charm of the place for me.
